中国农资流通网

        中国农业生产资料流通协会(简称中国农资流通协会)是由中华全国供销合作总社主管、由全国从事农业生产资料流通的企、事业单位和相关部门自愿联合组成的全国性农资行业社团组织。目前中国农资流通协会的会员单位主要由全国及各地农资流通的重点企业组成。中国农资流通协会以自律、协调、服务、维权为工作宗旨，在农资流通行业管理中发挥着政府参谋和助手作用，在政府和会员企业之间起桥梁纽带作用，在协会会员单位之间、本行业和其他相关行业之间的合作和联合上起组织和推动作用。

中国农资流通协会的主要工作任务是：贯彻落实党和国家有关农业生产资料流通方面方针、政策，监督会员企业对国家政策的执行情况;开展行业自律，规范农资流通企业的经营行为，配合政府的农资打假工作;反映会员单位的愿望和要求，维护会员企业的合法权益;推动农资流通方式和业态创新，促进和推动农资流通企业的改革，宣传和推广农资流通体制改革的典型和经验;组织和加强会员企业之间、会员企业和非会员企业之间及会员企业和其他行业部门之间的纵横向联合，增强系统的凝聚力;对农资市场进行调研，搜集整理农资市场信息，为会员单位提供信息咨询服务;组织开展多层次的培训，组织开展各类有益于本行业发展的活动。

中国农资流通协会实行开放办协会，面向全社会的农资生产、经营、使用单位和个人。会员的吸纳要立足于流通又跳出流通，立足于供销社企业又不局限于供销社的企业，立足现实又着眼未来。各地方农资流通协会及其会员单位、农资生产企业、农业“三站”、中小企业及民营企业等等，只要具备合法的农资经营资格，承认并拥护本协会的章程，有加入本协会的意愿，即可以申请加入中国农资流通协会，履行入会手续后可成为会员。同时，协会积极吸收大专院校、科研单位加入协会，吸收有名望的个人参加协会，使中国农资流通协会成为跨越生产、流通、使用，跨越不同所有制，包容相关行业和领域的大流通意义上的行业协会，发挥出为大农业、大流通服务的功能。

China Agricultural Means of Production Association (CAMPA) is a national organization supervised and managed by the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, voluntarily joined by enterprises, institutes and relevant departments engaged in agricultural means of production circulation. Currently, the members of CAMPA are mainly composed of key enterprises of agricultural materials circulation in China and all over the country. With the purpose of self-discipline, coordination, service and protection of rights, CAMPA plays the role of government adviser and assistant in the management of the agricultural materials circulation industry, serves as a bridge between the government and its member enterprises, and plays a role in organizing and promoting the cooperation and union among the members of the association and between the industry and other related industries.

The main tasks of CAMPA are: to implement the Party's and the state's guidelines and policies on the circulation of agricultural means of production, and to supervise the member enterprises' implementation of the state policies; to carry out industry self-discipline, standardize the operation behavior of agricultural materials circulation enterprises, and cooperate with the government in agricultural materials anti-counterfeiting work; to reflect the wishes and requirements of members and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of member enterprises; to promote the reform of agricultural materials circulation enterprises and publicize and popularize the typical and experience of the reform of the agricultural means of production circulation system; to strengthen the vertical and horizontal integration among member enterprises, between member enterprises and non-member enterprises, and between member enterprises and other industry sectors to enhance the cohesion of the system; to conduct research on agricultural supplies market, collect and sort out agricultural means of production market information, and provide information consulting services for members; to organize and carry out multi-level training, organize and carry out various activities beneficial to the development of the industry.

CAMPA is open to all units and individuals that produce, manage and use agricultural materials in the whole society. The recruitment of members should be based on circulation and out of circulation, based on enterprises belonging to supply and marketing cooperatives and not limited to enterprises belonging to supply and marketing cooperatives, based on reality and focus on the future. All local agricultural materials circulation associations and their members, agricultural materials production enterprises, agrotechnical stations, soil-fertilizer stations, plant protective stations, small and medium-sized enterprises and private enterprises, etc., as long as they have legal agricultural materials management qualifications, recognize and support the association's articles, and have the intention to join the association, they can apply to join CAMPA and become members after fulfilling the membership procedures. At the same time, CAMPA actively attracts colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, and famous individuals to join us, making CAMPA into a major circulation industry association spanning production, circulation and use of agricultural materials, spanning different ownership and inclusive of related industries and fields, and giving full play to the function of serving the agriculture and circulation.
